Bridging Evidence to Justice.
ProofBridge Solutions exists to bring structure, honesty and clarity to a space where fraud victims are too often met with confusion — or with further scams.
Our Mission
People who have lost money to fraud face two problems at once: the loss itself, and the uncertainty of what to do about it. Records are scattered, dispute deadlines are unclear, reporting channels differ by country and payment method — and the "recovery services" advertising to victims are very often scams themselves.
Our mission is to be the opposite of that: a professional resource where individuals can get an honest assessment of their situation, help organizing their evidence, and clear information about the options that may realistically be available to them.
Our Service Approach
Every case begins with a structured review of what happened: the type of incident, how payments were made, what evidence exists, and which institutions and jurisdictions are involved. From there we explain the pathways that may apply — bank disputes, fraud reporting, tracing coordination, or legal consultation — and help you prepare for the ones you choose to pursue.
We are deliberate about what we are not. ProofBridge Solutions is not a law firm, does not provide legal or financial advice, does not investigate or recover funds directly, and never guarantees outcomes. Where a case calls for capabilities beyond ours, we say so and — with your consent — refer you to independently qualified professionals.
Our Values
- Transparency. Scope, process and any fees are explained in writing before you commit to anything.
- Confidentiality. What you share is used only to assess and respond to your case.
- Realism. We describe options and likelihoods honestly, and we decline work we do not believe will help you.
- Respect. Fraud can happen to anyone. Every inquiry is handled without judgment and without pressure.
Our Business Model
The initial case review is free and carries no obligation — it exists so that both sides can judge whether further work makes sense. If it does, we agree the scope and fees with you in writing before any chargeable work begins. If it does not, we tell you directly and, where possible, point you toward a more appropriate resource.
Referrals to external specialists or legal professionals are made on suitability, with your consent. You engage those professionals directly, under their own terms; they are independent of ProofBridge Solutions.
